Hailey’s Hideaway is the future vision of a retreat center devoted to supporting individuals and families facing life-changing medical diagnoses. It will be a safe haven to pause, breathe, and gather strength before stepping into treatment plans and prognosis discussions—a place to rest, reset, and reconnect to what matters most.

This space will hold those navigating uncertainty, offering time to clarify goals, find peace, and reclaim meaning—however that looks for each soul who enters.

The name is inspired by my beloved dog Hailey, who had a spirited habit of disappearing into the forest and returning transformed—calmer, more centered, somehow renewed. Her wild wanderings are a reminder to all that healing can often be found in quiet places, in nature, and in the in-between spaces we don’t always understand.

Hailey’s Hideaway honors that spirit: a place to step away, find your medicine, and return more whole.
